Alexis O’Dea – Director
Lexi is a dedicated professional known for her consultative approach to finance, attention to detail, and belief that accuracy and cost awareness are essential to strong financial management. With over a decade of experience in the corporate world, Lexi honed her expertise at Enterprise Holdings, where she served as a Regional Business Manager overseeing key performance indicators, strategic planning, and all things accounting. Her journey began as a Staff Accountant and included roles such as Accounting Supervisor and Assistant Controller, showcasing her ability to consistently deliver on her responsibilities.
Following 5 years at home with her two sons, she is leading Fellow with the vision of delivering financial peace of mind through personalized solutions that simplify and offer clarity into your financial health. She is passionate about analyzing and unpacking the complexity of financials with an educational approach to improve the bottom line. Her love language is efficiency, financial analysis, and internal controls. When she's not "crunching the numbers", Lexi enjoys hiking with her husband and kids, reading, and a good cup of coffee.
Alli Horst – Managing Director
Alli Horst started at Core Ventures as a Staffing Consultant and loved joining individuals and companies at this critical inflection point. Now, as a Managing Director, she strategically guides the people and processes within the organization. Her focus is on Core Ventures (recruiting) and Fellow (bookkeeping).
Alli and her husband, Chris, live in Centennial with their four adventurous kiddos. As a family, you can find the Horsts playing outside, trotting the globe, or enjoying an alfresco meal with neighbors and friends. Alli's favorite conversation topics are the next book on her to-be-read list, favorite Trader Joe's meal hacks, and (unfortunately) celebrity drama.
Matt Thomas – Founder
Matt Thomas is a serial entrepreneur dedicated to understanding the challenges faced by business owners and addressing them with innovative solutions. As the Founder of Marrow, he focuses his time on strategic starts and acquisitions that expand the Marrow ecosystem, which encompasses an inner ring primarily made up of professional service companies and outer hubs centered around specific industries.
All Marrow businesses focus on building organizations and teams that align with the shared core values of durability, substance, simplicity, and dignity.
Matt is an avid outdoorsman and never tires of playing outside. All winter, you can find him skiing the backcountry and then taking to the rivers to fish when the snow stops falling. He and his wife have four kids and a healthy appetite for chaos, adventure, and fun.
